Our Story

Why we built MiaCortex

As an Artificial Intelligence student in Vietnam, I experienced firsthand the challenges that learners face when studying computer science and programming. Traditional platforms either hand you the answer — killing the learning process — or leave you completely on your own with no guidance at all.

I believed there had to be a better way. What if an AI tutor could guide students the way the best human teachers do — not by giving answers, but by asking the right questions at the right time? That's the Socratic method, and it's been proven effective for over 2,400 years.

MiaCortex was born from this simple idea: combine the timeless power of Socratic questioning with modern AI technology (Google Gemini) to create a learning experience that builds real understanding. Every student deserves access to a patient, intelligent tutor that adapts to their pace and learning style — regardless of where they live or what they can afford.

Today, MiaCortex helps students learn Python, data structures, and algorithms through interactive problem-solving, AI-guided conversations, live code execution in the browser, and dynamic visualizations — all completely free and accessible from any device.

Mission & Vision

What drives us forward

Our Mission

To democratize world-class computer science education by building an AI-powered platform that teaches students how to think critically and solve problems independently — making quality programming education accessible to every student in Southeast Asia and beyond, regardless of their background or financial situation.

Our Vision

To become the leading AI-powered Socratic learning platform globally — where every aspiring programmer has a personal AI tutor that understands their unique learning journey. We envision a future where technology enables truly personalized education at scale, producing confident problem-solvers ready for the challenges of tomorrow.
