Founding AI/ML Engineer
Own the Socratic reasoning stack — prompt design, evaluation harnesses, and Gemini-based tutoring quality. Ship to production, measure learning outcomes, iterate.
Founding Full-Stack Engineer
Own the student and instructor experience end-to-end. Next.js, React, Prisma, Pyodide. Comfortable moving from UI polish to database schema in the same day.
Learning Scientist / CS Curriculum Lead
Design the problem library, rubric specifications, and mastery models. CS teaching experience required; research background in learning science is a plus.
